New rule for scoring

We have changed a simple rule that will affect how the scores are calculated. From now on, no score will be counted when the game is played against 3 robots. 

Some of our users have complaint that, it is not fair how some misuse the robots to gain extra scores. Robots are merely for practicing and to play when no other players are online.

Kick/Ban user + Robots

2 new features are available.

Kick/Ban users:
The host of each table will be able to kick or ban users from now on.
There is a small difference between kicking a user and banning a user. If you ban a user, he/she will not be able to sit again in the table, but when a user is kick, he/she can just come back.

Robots:
From now you don't need to wait for players to come to start the game. Simple click on "Add robot" and start playing. Even when there are robots playing with you, still the seat will be shown as empty in the table lists. This will allow other players to sit instead of the robots.

The robots are not very smart yet.. and this is just the beginning.

Scoring: revised

After lunching the new scoring system, some issues was raised to our attention. So here is the revised scoring system:


To keep the records every player will have:
-Total number of games played
- Percentage of wins n losses
- Total Score
- Monthly Score


And here is how the scores are calculated:
Winning a game: +3
Winning a game (kout): +6
Winning a game (hakem kout): +9


Finishing a game: +1


Finishing a game other than yours: +2 (joining in middle of a set)


Starting a game without finishing it: -9
Losing a game: 0

New scoring system

In the past few days, we have been working to improve our scoring system. In the new scoring system, each player will have a total score and a monthly score which will be set to zero at the end of each month.

The scores are calculated as below:

Winning a game: +1
Winning a game (kout): +2
Winning a game (hakem kout): +3
Losing a game: -1
Starting a game without finishing it: -1
Finishing a game other than yours: +1

New feature: Timer

To make the game faster and more interesting, we added a feature that allows you to create tables with timer.

The default time for each player is 15 seconds. If the player did not play within those 15 seconds, the host (whoever that created the table) will have an option to let the computer pick a card and play.

Although when the computer picks a card, it does not make the smartest decision (yet), but we will improve it by time.

We also might add another option to let the host kick or ban players from the table.

Also I would like to add that we receive many feedbacks and we keep all of them, but we have very limited time so we start with most important ones.

New feature: Private tables

Due to the feedback from our users we created private or password-protected tables.

This will allow you to create a table with password and only share it to the people you wish to play with. No one else can enter the game.

Your table will still show up on the game's list.

Creating private tables are very simple. All you need to do is to choose a password when creating a table.
